I completed my Honours Degree in Human Kinetics with a specialty in Movement Science at the University of Windsor before heading to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic. I am passionate about helping people treat not only their symptoms but getting to the root of the functional issues that may be causing problems to reoccur.

I take a patient-centred approach to the assessment and treatment of each patient. Throughout my career, I have been continually learning and adding new assessment and treatment options to best serve my patients. Treatments may include diversified spinal or extremity adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy both manual and instrument-assisted, acupuncture, education and functional exercise prescription. Some of my further qualifications include Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (via McMaster University), Smart Tool Certified (Instrument assisted soft tissue), and Functional Range Conditioning Certified (FRC).

In my spare time, you might catch me walking my rescue dog Daisy around the Durand neighbourhood or on the golf course chasing my ball into the trees. In the winter I’m around the local arenas where I officiate boys and girls minor hockey.
